To know if I can help you with my services, I will ask you some question, then after qualifying, I will ask you to book a call with me to further discuss how I can help you

Legalities

You will receive the contract and invoice 24 hours after you responded "I'M IN" to my offer. (Must be signed and settled within 24 hours of receiving it.)

Onboarding

After accomplishing step 2, you will receive a mail that contains the steps for onboarding such as the brand questionnaires, client portal, and other onboarding assets needed.

Auditing & Kick-off call

After you complete the steps for onboarding, Give us 1 week to work with the strategy then I will send you the link for the strategy session call where I will present our strategy based on the informations you've provided in the questionnaires and the result of the auditing that I will conduct to your IG account.

Planning & Custom strategy

After our call, I will perform research and then gather the materials I need from you.

You will be given a deadline to send me the needed materials. (Such as videos, photos or brand assets)

Execution

Start of strategy execution - content creation, caption writing, graphic designs, engagement and lead gen.

Client approval

Once the 2 weeks batch of content is done, it will be submitted to you for approval and feedback. (The approval of batch content must be within 24 hours)

KPI and Progress Updates

At this phase, we'll be tracking if our implemented strategies work and assess where we can make further adjustments or additions to our current strategies on your account.

Monthly progress

& update

At this phase, I'll be asking you to schedule a call for us to discuss the summary of the KPIs and results that we got after a month of working and make any adjustments or additions on our strategies if necessary and get ready for the strategies and activities of the following month.

Your account statistics will be recorded and checked on a monthly basis. We'll track it using the key performance indicators listed below to see if the techniques are effective or if anything needs to be altered. This will be included in a monthly assessment of the outcomes to determine what is effective and what must be altered in the coming future.

• Account engagement - measurement of content interactions (views, comments, reactions, saves, shares, reach, impressions, profile visits)

Every month we will have a monthly strategy + realignment session to assess our current strategy and make adjustments to it. In this session we will also talk about the next goal and the strategy for the next month

Communication via email or IG for check-ins and questions (M-F)

Good communication is the key to the success of your Business account. In this journey, I expect your cooperation throughout the whole process. I will also send you in your IG or to your email the qualified leads that are ready to buy your offer. (You will do the selling part after I qualified the leads)

The total value of this package is $13,296 per month. But you will only pay for $1,299 per month

Instead of paying $13,296 every month for this high-level service, you only pay US$1,299 per month for 6 months. Trial months will last for the first two months. If you decide that we are not a good fit after the trial period, you can quit. Yet, if everything goes according to plan, you'll be committed for the following 4 months.

Plus a 10% commission for each client that you close through calls that came from our lead generation strategy or that we close in the DMs.

Why 6 months?

Since I've been working as a social media strategist for one year. Implementing long-term plans yields the best outcomes. We'll make some adjustments once we get to work and execute the ideas, which will help to make it more effective.

Clients that will choose this long contract will experience the best and greatest benefits.

• I'm afraid that my brand voice will be inconsistent.

The information you provided in the onboarding questionnaire is just the beginning of what people can learn about you and your brand. I discover your brand voice by listening to voice notes, reviewing your past DM exchanges, and observing how you independently respond to comments and DMs. I constantly pick up fresh information about my clients.

• Will this work for my business type?

Yes, but you need to pay 50% of the total payment first, then the next 50% will be given before the 3rd week of the month.

• Do I have the option to get involved in the DM conversations?
  

Absolutely! I will tag you in Airtable for the specific lead so you may take over if the conversation also covers areas that only you can address.
